Although this is a funny debate to be having, I'll debate it for the hell of it. I think that men are very egotistical by nature. Many men are intimidated by women who are smart and beautiful. They see female intelligence as a threat to a potential relationship. A smart and good looking guy may think twice about getting involved with an intelligent woman. He may feel that his assets/reputation may be at risk of being reduced through a plot by a woman.
Many Russian men are not good fathers and it hurts girls. They want to care together for their child, to love, to think. But men in Russia prefer to put all the care on girl’s shoulders. American men are more caring to their children and not to only their children. A woman can hope that if she marries an American he will be a good father to her child and to their own one or two more children.
Today marriage is a choice, not an obligation. For a woman, a solid educational background and a good salary means she can be more selective; Instead of marrying a man for financial security or out of fear of being a spinster @ 30, women may now choose to marry for compatibility, love, or companionship.
